Induction Melting Furnace and its Elements

Induction Melting Furnace are designed for maximum electrical efficiency using heavy walled, high electrically conductive copper tubing. The furnaces can be used with ceramic (non-conductive) crucibles or conductive crucibles such as graphite, clay graphite or silicon carbide.

Main Power Source Problem

The reason for the principle power source is to change over the AC include supply into DC supply. The yield is then sustained into an inverter through the DC gag. This is then further upset to the AC yield of 0.5 KHz to 50KHz according to your necessity. The force got is then nourished to a tank circuit, which is a mix of an inductor and a capacitor. For cooling purposes, the DM water iscirculated all through the force circuit.

Control Panels:

(A) Power Source Water Conductivity indicator
(B) Energy Meter
(C) HMI Touch Sensitive Screen
(D) Earth Leakage Inject Pot and Push button (For testing EL circuit only)
(E) Power Control Pot
(F) Emergency Push Button
(G) Reset Push Button
(H) Heat Off Push button
(I) Heat On Push button
(J) PS Water Temperature display
(K) Control ON/OFF switch

Elements of the hardware parts:

The Control ON/OFF Switch: Considering that it is a 3-stage data control supply unit, the usefulness is conveyed for control circuits through the on/off switch. Unless the switch is turned on, there can be no AC/DC control supply. MCCB ON/OFF Switch: These push catches (if gave) kills On, the 3-stage information isolator/breaker. It is exceptionally prescribed to switch off the breaker if the hardware is on standby on the other hand when it is not on Heat On condition.

Heat On: This is utilized to turn on the force of the induction hardware. At the point when Ready sign is present, all outing Indicators are Off and Emergency is discharged, squeezing HEAT ON catch turns ON the inverter and force is then being supplied to the Coil.

Heat OFF: This will close off the force supply to the coil.

Reset: The catch will reset all outings and interlock markers.

Crisis OFF: Pressing this push-hook sort of catch discharges the empowering coil of the fundamental Breaker while the 3-stage enter supply does not stream into the converter. The catch can be discharged by pivoting the handle toward the bolt.

Power Control Pot: It gives a force reference to the control cards. This can be utilized to control the force of the gear.

Vitality Meter: This meter demonstrates electrical parameters like voltage, currents, and vitality parameters.

Water Conductivity Meter: The meter has a LED-bar that gives the status of the DM water conductivity. A scope of hues is utilized to give the status to the viewer. The green extent demonstrates that the water conductivity is sheltered though the orange shading demonstrates that re-molding is in request as the water conductivity is not up to the required norms. The red marker outlines unsafe levels of water conductivity and suggests against the use of the hardware. The usefulness of the meter can be analyzed by squeezing the test catch. When it is set to low, an excursion setting of 30 µS is set up. Selecting the High choice will set the outing setting to 50 µS.

Advanced Temperature Meter: The meter is situated in the board; it gives the temperature of the DM water. The meter is pre-set at an outing setting of 38 o C. Once subsequent to stumbling at 38 o C, it will naturally reset itself when the temperature drop back to 36 o C as it were.

EL Inject: The segment is utilized to check the working of Earth Leakage framework falsely. A current around 2-3 An is infused misleadingly in the framework when the catch is squeezed and same can be confirmed in the EL current showcase. While expanding the force pot, the current will step by step ascend to 10 A. This is empower the client to check whether the EL current recognition framework is working at the set Leakage current.
